If you are interested in your child attending Bethel Weekday Preschool, click below to learn more, print a form, and secure your child’s spot.
Due August 1st, 2026
Please download, print, and fill out each of the above forms. You are welcome to mail your forms/fees to 19920 Bethel Church Road, Cornelius, NC 28031.
Or, drop off your forms/fees to the church office which is located down the driveway alongside the preschool playground on the left. You are also welcomed to put your forms in the black lockbox located on the building to the right of the preschool front door.
